Cancellation policy
Must cancel before 48 hours of the appointment. No show or same day cancellation will be charged 100% with the card on file . If you are attending your appointment please confirm. Failure to confirm appointments will result in cancellations to free up the time for another client.

Please arrive to your appointment 5-10 minutes early. If you arrive 5 or more minutes late to your appointment you will be subject to a fee and will have to reschedule your appointment or added to the waitlist for another date.

Sick policy please do not show up to your appointment sick. If you show up and are visibly sick ( running nose, loss of voice , coughing etc) Jen will deny and not perform services and there will be a 50% charge to your card on file.
